Self-Reflection Questionnaire

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is NOT a medical diagnosis. Only a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist can formally diagnose personality conditions. This tool is for personal reflection only, based on widely recognised clinical trait frameworks.

Part 1: Core Traits

1. Do you find it easy to lie or manipulate others to get what you want, with little or no guilt afterwards?
2. Do you feel no real remorse or sympathy when you hurt someone, break trust, or cause suffering?
3. Do you act on impulse, often without thinking about consequences for yourself or others?
4. Do you struggle to form deep, long-term emotional bonds with anyone?
5. Do you feel you are naturally superior to others, and entitled to special treatment?
6. Do you find it hard to feel genuine fear, anxiety, or emotional distress in situations where most people would?
7. Do you often get angry or aggressive quickly, and calm down just as fast?
8. Do you put on a charming, convincing act to get people to like or trust you, even when you don’t care about them?
9. Do you ignore rules, laws, or social norms because you see them as stupid or not applying to you?
10. Do you blame other people entirely when things go wrong, and never take responsibility?

Part 2: Key Differences

11. Do your behaviour and moods change noticeably depending on who you are with?
12. Do you sometimes feel angry or resentful about how you were treated in the past?
13. Do you act recklessly, often without any plan or preparation?
14. Are you generally seen as unpredictable or erratic?
15. Are your actions usually calculated, planned, and thought through in advance?
16. Do you stay calm and in control even in high-stress or dangerous situations?
17. Do you seem perfectly normal, friendly, and trustworthy on the surface, hiding your true nature?
18. Do you feel no real anger, resentment, or strong emotion at all – just indifference?
